Sure Start aims to improve the health and well-being of families and children before and from birth, so that children are ready to flourish when they go to school! We are based in the Burngreave Children's Centre on Spital Street, and offer family support, early years, health and parental involvement services. We also have a 30 place nursery (formerly Burngreave Young Children's Centre) taking children from 3 months to 5 years old; for an application form please contact 0114 252 5224. All families with a child under the age of 5 or who are expecting a baby are eligible to  receive services at the Children's Centre. Some services, such as family support, are restricted to families who live in the Burngreave and Fir Vale area. To register with the Children's Centre please use the contact details below!
